Subnetting my own network

Project initially started when I finally got myself a Ubiquiti Dream Router, and after I moved house.

There was a couple of reasons I took on this project. I knew it was going to involve a lot of tedious tasks of reconfiguring all my DHCP reservations, resetting network drive mounts on PCs, port forwarding rules, etc. Unfortunately, Ubiquiti doesn't have an easy way of seeing all static IP addresses and unassigning them.
